




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Social Work professional to handle cases, prepare reports, disseminate benefits, and identify social needs in the mining environment. Identification and referral of social needs within the mining context. **SIGMA S.A.**, an integrated services company for mining and engineering, providing solutions focused on construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is currently seeking a **Social Work Professional** under Law No. 21.015 on Inclusion, to join our team at our Calama offices, full-time, **Monday through Friday**. We seek **proactive, dynamic individuals committed to workers and their families**, with a vocation for service and a strong social conscience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Directly attend to requests and cases in the field, performing follow-up and documentation. * Prepare social reports reflecting the actions carried out. * Deliver informative talks to the worker community at various locations on social topics. * Disseminate available benefits and support their implementation as appropriate. * **Identify relevant social needs within the mining workplace context and appropriately refer them.** * **Attend cases under the Workers’ Assistance Program.** * **Review active agreements, propose, and manage new social/labor support agreements.** * **Plan and coordinate field visits with a preventive and informative focus.** ### **Application Requirements** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (mandatory).** * Residence in CALAMA (mandatory) * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in similar roles within mining, industrial companies, or related sectors. * Knowledge of **social case intervention and report writing.** * Familiarity with **social and community topics**, preferably in high-demand environments such as mining.
