Position Summary: We are seeking a Sanitary Manager to lead contract management and supervise the maintenance and operation of sanitary systems in critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and profitability. Promote a high-performance culture within the technical team A leading company in Facility Management, specialized in the comprehensive operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, is looking to incorporate a Sanitary Manager into its team to lead contract management in healthcare facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and negotiating all contractual aspects related to their specialty, ensuring compliance with standards established in tender documents. They must coordinate, administer, and supervise the proper functioning of the Maintenance and Operation Service for cold water, treated water, hot water, pumping, and wastewater discharge systems, guaranteeing a reliable, timely service aligned with facility requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage preventive maintenance activities as stipulated in associated contracts. * Supervise and ensure compliance with corrective requirements through the computerized communication system. * Ensure compliance with Operational Assurance Plans. * Lead the technical team associated with their specialty, promoting a high-performance culture. * Implement and monitor risk prevention policies, processes, and procedures. * Prepare management reports, action plans, and strategies to meet service indicators and sentinel indicators. * Support the planning and control of the annual budget for their specialty, as well as budgets associated with contracts under their business unit. * Ensure the profitability of budgets under their responsibility, maintaining them within defined parameters. * Analyze and report monthly operational management results to the Contract Administrator. **Job Requirements:** * **Professional Degree**: Civil Works Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Execution; Civil Constructor. * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in similar or related positions, preferably in hospital or critical infrastructure settings. * **Technical knowledge** related to the specialty. * **Intermediate to advanced Office skills**. * Knowledge and proficiency in: * **Chilean Labor Code and Labor Legislation**. * **Law No. 20.123 on Subcontracting**. * **Law No. 16.744 on Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases**. * **Supreme Decree No. 54 on Joint Hygiene and Safety Committees.
