We are currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk for a mining site in Antofagasta, responsible for ensuring proper control, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and supplies required for the operational continuity of the contract. We seek committed, organized, and proactive individuals, oriented toward control, teamwork, and compliance with safety regulations. · Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and tools. Control warehouse inbound and outbound movements, maintaining up-to-date records in the system. Execute material dispatches and internal transfers. Conduct periodic inventories and monitor critical stock levels. Keep logistics documentation current (delivery notes, vouchers, receipts, and logs). Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. Track tools and equipment assigned to personnel. Report material discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations established by the company and client. · Requirements Completed Secondary Education. Technical training in Logistics or Administration is desirable. Experience in mining operations or industrial contracts. Basic/intermediate proficiency in ERP or inventory control systems. Knowledge of stock control, inventories, and logistics documentation. Residence in Antofagasta or availability to work on shift schedules. · Competencies We Seek Organization and planning.
