Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Draftsperson to conduct surveys of existing enclosures and update technical drawings at Bioparque Buinzoo. Key Highlights: 1. At Bioparque Buinzoo — a leading Chilean organization in conservation, environmental education, and animal welfare — we seek a Technical Draftsperson to work on a project surveying existing park infrastructure. · Job Mission Conduct surveys of existing enclosures by preparing and/or updating architectural, structural, and specialty technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of graphical information. Main Responsibilities Perform field surveys where detailed topography is unavailable. Update or supplement existing As-Built enclosure drawings with details supporting design phases. Prepare architectural, structural, installation, and construction detail drawings per instructions from the design and architecture team. Support review of drawings submitted by third parties (consultancies or contractors). And others. Location: Buin, Metropolitan Region, Chile 42 hrs, Full-time · Requirements Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Construction, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project design and supporting municipal permit processing. Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and specialty drawings. Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools). Basic knowledge of technical regulations and symbology. Organization and management of digital files.
