Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage end-to-end procurement of materials, services, and contracts for infrastructure and general services. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of procurement for materials, services, and contracts. 2. Ensure operational continuity and cost optimization in purchasing processes. 3. Negotiate with suppliers and develop long-term relationships. At Buin Zoo, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Department, responsible for comprehensively managing the procurement of materials, services, and contracts related to the Biopark’s infrastructure and general services. · Role Mission Ensure timely and efficient procurement of materials, services, and contracts, guaranteeing operational continuity, technical compliance, and cost optimization through strategic supplier and purchasing process management. · Key Responsibilities Administer service contracts (maintenance, construction, and general services), monitoring SLA compliance and managing renewals. Gather, analyze, and validate technical requirements with requesting departments. Interpret technical specifications and propose cost- and quality-efficient alternatives. Execute end-to-end procurement processes (from Requisition to Purchase Order), preparing technical and economic comparisons. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and agreements. Manage procurement of materials and supplies related to infrastructure (construction, electrical systems, sanitation, climate control, etc.). Monitor budget, analyze price variances, and generate savings reports. Identify opportunities for process and cost improvement. Develop and evaluate suppliers, ensuring their technical capability and compliance. Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance. · Requirements Education: Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field. Specialization in procurement or logistics is desirable. Knowledge: Construction materials and construction processes. Blueprint interpretation (desirable). Technical services: installations, maintenance, etc. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. ERP system experience (Softland or similar). Preparation of technical and economic comparisons.
