**We are looking for a PMO Consultant**
The role aims to provide comprehensive support in managing and administering projects related to supply forecasting and pricing, ensuring compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices in executing strategic initiatives. The PMO Consultant will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, tracking, control, and reporting of assigned projects.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management and Control
Develop and maintain updated project plans (schedules, resources, budgets)
Continuously monitor project progress and ensure milestone adherence
Identify, log, and manage project risks and issues
Coordinate follow-up meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure proper documentation of all project phases
Reporting and Communication
Generate executive project status reports (dashboards, presentations)
Consolidate information from multiple sources for progress analysis
Communicate deviations, risks, and proposed solutions to stakeholders
Maintain organized and up-to-date document repositories
Methodological Support
Ensure application of project management methodologies and standards
Support definition of performance indicators (KPIs)
Propose continuous process improvement
Facilitate agile ceremonies (if applicable): dailys, retrospectives, plannings
Multifunctional Coordination
Act as liaison between technical areas, business units, and management
Coordinate with development, analysis, operations, and business teams
Manage inter-project dependencies
Support organizational change management
**Required and Essential Technical Skills and Qualifications**
Professional degree, Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in: Administration, Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Project management certifications: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile PM
Experience in projects involving:
Supply Chain
Forecasting and demand planning
Pricing / Pricing strategies
Data analysis and business intelligence
Familiarity with project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, Smartsheet
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis)
Intermediate or advanced English (technical documentation reading)
Desirable Technical Skills
Knowledge of Supply Forecasting and Pricing Projects.
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Lean Six Sigma
Hybrid work model with office attendance twice per week (Huechuraba)
