Fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite contract. On-site Main Responsibilities Management of courses associated with DNC (course search, enrollment request, validation, invoice issuance request, digital archiving) Management of courses from spontaneous training requests (course search, enrollment request, validation, invoice issuance request, digital archiving) Scheduling of activities. Weekly progress tracking of courses, reminder emails to participants and supervisors Course closures, definition of associated costs, calculation of company/SENCE cost Coordination with OTECs for activity coordination Registration of documentation for completed courses (client quotation, enrollment purchase order, client purchase order, certificate, invoice) Handling client inquiries regarding upcoming or completed courses Administration of the training platform What We Are Looking For Education related to Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in SENCE tax franchise and training processes (mandatory requirement). Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. Organizational, planning, and multi-process tracking skills. Customer orientation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
