Currently, Clínica RedSalud Iquique is seeking a **Junior Analyst for the Procurement area**, who will be responsible for supporting the area’s operational and analytical management, contributing to continuous process improvement and achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Document, analyze, and validate workflows together with operational teams across various clinics. * Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization. * Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support decision-making. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and process tracking. * Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and information control. * Support processes related to databases and information migration. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Job Requirements** * Higher Technical Degree in Administration or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Residence in the Tarapacá Region (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Knowledge of databases and information migration. * Desired experience in process elicitation and modeling (flowcharting). * Desired knowledge of the healthcare sector. **Valued Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and initiative. * Collaborative work and effective communication. * Orientation toward continuous improvement.
