Main Responsibilities * Wash and dry dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and glassware, ensuring they are in perfect condition. * Keep the dishwashing area clean and orderly at all times. * Sort and store cleaned dishes and utensils appropriately. * Inspect all utensils to ensure they are in good condition and report any damage or breakage. * Assist in restocking cleaned utensils in service areas. * Use cleaning products and dishwashing equipment properly and responsibly. * Perform deep and continuous cleaning of all common areas, including floors, tables, and kitchen surfaces. * Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and orderly before, during, and after service.
