Position Summary: Design, administer, and evolve the corporate technology infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and alignment with security requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Fundación Hogar de Cristo, under Law No. 21.015 promoting the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities, is seeking to fill the position of **Infrastructure Manager.** **Objective**: Design, administer, and evolve the corporate technology infrastructure—including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments—ensuring operational continuity, cost efficiency, resolution of technological obsolescence, alignment with institutional technology architecture, and the information security framework. **Responsibilities**: * Design and maintain the corporate technology infrastructure architecture, considering on\-premise, cloud, and hybrid models. * Administer and ensure operational continuity of the infrastructure through monitoring, prevention, and recovery practices. * Implement information security measures defined by the Information Security area, both technically and operationally. * Evaluate and execute cost-saving opportunities by decommissioning unused infrastructure and adjusting capacity. * Implement technology modernization projects addressing hardware, software, and platform obsolescence. * Supervise proper execution of infrastructure and architecture projects. * Manage relationships with technology service and infrastructure providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency. * Develop the team under supervision, promoting best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Requirements**: * Academic qualification: Degree in Computer Engineering. * Knowledge of hybrid architectures (on\-premise and cloud), networks and connectivity, project management, Microsoft platforms, perimeter firewalls, and infrastructure cost automation. * Minimum three years of experience in this role. **Working Hours**: Article 22, Paragraph 2 (exempt from hourly limitations). **Location**: Estación Central. **Work Modality**: Hybrid. **Contract Type**: Fixed-term contract with potential extension to indefinite term.
