Focus on continuous improvement and meeting deadlines **Job Objective** Perform necessary tasks for machining parts on CNC machines and tools according to production planning, and under existing quality, safety, resource utilization, and infrastructure care requirements, in accordance with procedures, legal regulations, company policies, and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Set up or configure machines and tools * Operate CNC machines and tools * Create or edit CNC machine and tool programs * Perform dimensional inspection of parts, components, and mechanical assemblies * Assemble and disassemble mechanical assemblies * Finish and adjust parts, components, and mechanical assemblies * Finish and clean parts after a machining process * Transport tools and tool accessories * Arrange and inspect all personal protective equipment before use **Key Responsibilities** * Report any unsafe conditions, both in one's own work and in the surrounding environment * Maintain hygiene, safety, and environmental care conditions in one's own and team's work processes * Use resources as planned * Care for existing resources, tools, and infrastructure * Continuously improve one's area and the processes in which one participates * Meet deadlines for assigned tasks * Properly use safety equipment * Keep machines and equipment in appropriate cleaning condition; ensure all cables and connectors are properly insulated; and verify that cables and connectors in motion are designed and adequately protected for such function * Enter information into the work and resource coordination system * Report any deviations from the plan to supervision **Requirements** Experience: Minimum 3 years Technical Skills * Interpretation of technical information, drawings, sketches, catalogs * Interpret and edit CNC programs **Working Conditions and Benefits** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00\-17:00, Friday 8:00\-14:00 (42 hours per week) * Meal break: 45 minutes; cafeteria on-site (lunch only; dinner during shift) * Benefits under collective agreement/extension * Christmas Bonus: 5 UF (Only for indefinite-term contracts) * National Holidays Bonus: 25% of salary (Only for indefinite-term contracts) * Vacation Bonus: 10 UF (Only for indefinite-term contracts) * FALP Oncological Insurance: Individual premium paid by the company **Net Salary:** $900\.000\- $1\.200\.000 Salary: $900\.000 \- $1\.200\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
