Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to operational and administrative service flow. Supervise and lead administrative and operational staff to ensure timely task completion and resolve day-to-day contingencies. Develop and implement operational procedures aligned with company standards and objectives, facilitating resolution of operational contingencies. Maintain continuous communication with clients and suppliers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide support to the Administrative and Operations Assistant. Train and develop staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Education and Experience: Technical or higher technical professionals in business administration, logistics, or related fields. 3 years of experience coordinating logistics operations, preferably in the waste management sector.
