Job Summary: Bbosch is seeking a Training Analyst to administer and oversee SENCE training and franchise processes, ensuring employee development and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and oversee SENCE training and franchise processes. 2. Forecast and analyze training needs across various departments. 3. Organize course implementation and its associated logistics. **bbosch** has contributed to the development of Latin America’s electrical infrastructure and metal-mechanical markets for over 60 years. We are currently seeking a **TRAINING ANALYST** to join our People Management Department. The role’s mission is to administer and control training processes, as well as manage the use of the SENCE tax franchise, thereby supporting the continuity of the development plan and compliance with current regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include: * Forecasting and analyzing training needs (DNC) across all company departments. * Establishing and managing operational relationships with training providers (OTEC) and training intermediaries (OTIC). * Organizing and administering the implementation of training plan courses and their associated logistics. * Analyzing and preparing KPI management reports (coverage and investment). * Advising on and executing all required information management per current company regulations (certificates, records, bipartite committee, etc.). * Verifying and evaluating the impact and satisfaction levels of training activities. * Coordinating and executing invoice payments and administrative process closures.
