Within our Administration and Finance department, we aim to hire a professional who combines technical precision, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive attitude to manage the administrative functions of our human team. **What will you do?** \*Draft and properly manage employment contracts, addenda, and related documentation. \*Administer construction site shifts and monitor staff attendance. \*Process monthly payroll correctly and promptly with accuracy. \*Ensure compliance with current labor regulations \*Maintain all information updated in our systems. \*Timely upload of required employment documentation to client accreditation platforms, including forms such as F30, F30\-1, and other documents mandated for accreditation, site access, and regulatory compliance. **What we expect from you:** \*Technical education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields. \*Minimum of **5 years** of experience in similar roles. \*Experience in payroll calculation, contract management, leave administration, and settlement processing. \*Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel. \*HR software. \*Skills including proactivity, attention to detail, and planning ability.
