This role aims to manage and implement initiatives related to recruitment and selection, internal communications, employee well-being, training, collaboration with educational institutions, and updating job descriptions, while also participating in performance evaluation projects and measurement of departmental indicators. ### **Job Requirements** We seek professionals holding a degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in similar roles. Residency in the Los Lagos Region is mandatory.
