Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for bank document validation to join a major banking sector company. This position is offered under a Temporary Service arrangement. Main Functions: Review and determine dependent client information on internet websites, SII (Internal Revenue Service), and other platforms. Review employer profile and financial status. Maintain direct contact with commercial executives to provide support on validation management via Teams. Manage case records and conduct follow-up to complete the validation process in case of discrepancies. Provide administrative support during month-end closing. KPI management and control. Review and certify received documentation. What We Are Looking For: Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. Accounting knowledge. 1 year of experience in the financial sector. Banking sector experience is highly desirable. What We Offer: Contract type: Temporary Service Work modality: Hybrid Working hours: Rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, 6x1 and 5x2, 42 hours per week.
