N1 Telecommunications Analyst Execute installation, maintenance, configuration, and updating tasks for telecommunications services, ensuring correct operation of equipment and networks while complying with quality and safety standards—especially for work at heights. **Responsibilities and Authorities** ### **Main Functions** * Perform work at heights, including climbing poles and structures. * Install, update, and replace modems, antennas, and other telecommunications equipment. * Perform Level 1 (N1\) configuration of equipment and services. * Conduct basic on-site technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Handle and close service requests via ticketing system (desirable). * Verify signal strength, connectivity, and proper functionality of installed equipment. * Comply with safety protocols, use of PPE, and current regulations for work at heights. * Record activities and report progress or incidents according to established procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Position Requirements** * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related field. * Proven experience in N1\ configuration. * Experience performing work at heights and climbing poles (mandatory). * Knowledge of modem and antenna installation and updating. * Ticketing system experience is desirable. * Physical fitness compatible with work at heights. ### **Required Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Ability to work on-site. * Problem-solving orientation. * Teamwork. * Strong communication skills and disciplined information recording. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
