Preventive maintenance and network security **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure IT operational continuity through diagnosis and resolution of various issues arising within the company. * Install, configure, and update networks, software, computer equipment, and telephony systems. * Daily review of processes scheduled to run overnight, and monitor servers, network connections, antivirus software, among others. * Timely backup of company data and applications. * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on networks and systems, and anticipate potential issues. * Ensure network security. * Ensure user-level issues are resolved appropriately and promptly. * Manage and administer user requests, and coordinate with vendors and external service providers for various requirements. * Active Directory administration. * Perform related tasks as required by the company. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical-professional or university degree: IT Technician, Network Administrator, or related field * Office productivity software (Excel, Outlook) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
