Collaborate in the holistic development of students. **Description** We are currently seeking a replacement for the **Head of Arts Level \- Maternity/Paternity Leave Replacement** position within the secondary education cycle. Candidates should be open to emerging educational trends, eager for professional growth, principled, and passionate about student learning. Their primary role is to effectively lead and coordinate all activities related to their assigned educational level, with the aim of promoting a safe, collaborative, and enriching learning environment for students, teachers, and administrative staff. The Level Head is responsible for fostering the achievement of academic and coexistence goals, as well as establishing effective communication among all stakeholders—including students, teachers, parents/guardians, and school administration. Additionally, they strive to identify and address the specific needs of the level—both academically and emotionally—and actively collaborate in students’ holistic development, ensuring their well-being and academic success.
