Leadership of client follow-up meetings DESCRIPTION Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, IoT We are currently seeking a Coordinator for the Technical Support team (Level 2/3\) * Ensure planning, coordination, and operational control of maintenance and support services by aligning teams (Platform/Systems, Networks/Communications, Databases, L2/L3 Support, Monitoring/NOC\-SOC) to meet SLAs, * Manage changes and ensure operational continuity \- Plan and prioritize responses based on severity, impact on critical services, and business commitments, defining biweekly/monthly work plans and managing team capacity. * Lead periodic client follow-up meetings (operational and executive), managing risks, dependencies, commitments, and action plans REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of specific experience coordinating software development or maintenance services of similar complexity within the last 7 years.
