ABOUT THE ROLE * Contribute to the development and expansion of tailored value propositions for each segment to drive business growth and enable local teams to execute them successfully. * Present the added value of TR products to a variety of internal and external audiences—from decision-makers to end users and middle management. * Understand the potential customer’s business and operational objectives and recommend a solution that ensures optimal use and adoption of products and services. * Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations. * Possess in-depth knowledge of the functionality and technology underlying TR’s product portfolio. * Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) at a detailed, professional level (functional and technical). * Facilitate cross-training. Ensure all materials—including presentations and demonstrations—are kept up to date. * Leverage Thomson Reuters’ global expertise and IT knowledge to provide appropriate support and service. * Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
