You will validate configurations, developments, integrations, and automations, guaranteeing compliance with functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. You will use native tools (Salesforce Inspector, Dev Console, Visual Studio Code, etc.) and external tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- * Proficiency in Salesforce. * Experience with Jira and TestRail. * Familiarity with Salesforce Inspector. * Practical experience with Postman and SOAP UI. * Functional test management. * 3–5 years of experience in QA. * Competence in REST and SOAP APIs. * Experience with Selenium and Provar. * Application of regression testing. * Degree in Computer Science or related field. * Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Ability to validate Salesforce integrations. * Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * Skills in documenting technical findings. * Implementation of automated testing in Salesforce. * Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or similar industries. * Validation of configurations, developments, integrations, and automations. * **Certifications expected for this role:** * Salesforce Administrator (solid foundation in configuration). * Salesforce Platform App Builder (understanding of declarative development). * ISTQB Foundation Level (standard QA certification). **Optional certifications:** * Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Automation Testing Tools (Provar, Selenium). * Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant * Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant **Where and how will you work?** * Office location: Santiago * Work modality: Hybrid **✋ Important considerations before applying:** * You must be available to work in hybrid mode and attend client offices in person. * If you have a disability, please let us know if you require any special accommodations for your interview.
