Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and conducting user training on correct use of technological equipment. Key responsibilities: 1. Attend to client requests and incidents on-site. 2. Diagnose errors and faults in equipment, especially printers. 3. Perform repairs, maintenance, and configuration of equipment. 4. Document all service interventions and deliver user training. 5. Manage travel according to assigned routes. Job Requirements: 1. Technical diploma at secondary or higher level in Computing, Informatics, or related field. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a printer technical support technician. 3. Class B driver’s license (MANDATORY). 4. Proficiency with multi-brand printers (MANDATORY): Xerox, Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, Brother. 5. Knowledge of Dell and/or Lenovo computers (MANDATORY). Employment Conditions: 1. Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break). 2. Work modality: Field-based work with client visits. 3. Net salary: $550,000, plus a performance bonus of $150,000. 4. Corporate benefits.
