We seek a candidate with solid technical knowledge, service orientation, and strong communication skills. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Position Objective** Provide onsite technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software incidents, supporting operational continuity, and ensuring timely, high-quality service experiences. **Main Responsibilities** * Onsite technical support for end users (intermediate/advanced level). * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents on PCs and peripherals. * Support and management of Office 365-related requests. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Handling and tracking of support tickets. * Basic support for networking and communications topics. * Escalation of incidents when appropriate. * Compliance with procedures, SLAs, and support best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile Requirements** * Prior experience in Onsite Support / Microinformatics. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office 365. * Experience repairing PC and peripheral hardware and software. * Basic knowledge of networking and communications. **Competencies and Skills** * Dynamic and proactive individual. * Strong communication skills and user orientation. * Responsible and detail-oriented. * High adaptability to change. * Commitment to and motivation for continuous learning. * Strong teamwork skills. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
