Job Summary: Kapsch seeks a Monitoring Analyst to ensure preventive maintenance, monitor equipment, manage incidents, provide remote support, and communicate with project stakeholders in Chile. We are looking for a **Monitoring Analyst** to join our team in Chile! **Your Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance planning. * Monitor the operation of field equipment. * Manage and report equipment with no communication. * Create incidents in the system for corrective maintenance management in the field. * Provide remote support to field technicians. * Maintain constant communication with project stakeholders (supervisor and inspectors). * Manage resources required for fieldwork. * Address incidents reported by the client’s Traffic Operations Center. **Your Profile** * Higher technical or university degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Connectivity and Networks, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support roles. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * General knowledge of Connectivity, Networks, and/or Telecommunications. * English language proficiency. * Availability for on-site work in San Bernardo – rotating 24x7 shifts. **Our Offer** * Globally recognized family-owned company. * Excellent working environment. * Excellent benefits
