We are looking for a Mobile Developer To develop and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native, ensuring a consistent, secure user experience aligned with the organization’s technical and design standards. The role integrates into an agile cell, actively collaborating in building end\-to\-end mobile solutions with emphasis on quality, maintainability, and sound development practices. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Core Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop new features and maintain mobile applications using **advanced React Native**. * Implement and manage complex state using **Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and Redux Persist**. * Configure and administer advanced navigation with **React Navigation**, including deep linking implementation. * Integrate and manage **Firebase** services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, among others). * Design and build reusable components aligned with the corporate **design system**. * Implement unit and integration tests using **Jest and React Native Testing Library**. * Develop and integrate **Bridges / native modules** for Android and iOS, enabling access to device-specific functionality from React Native. * Ensure code quality by applying best practices, architectural standards, and collaborative code reviews. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement processes within the cell. **Job Requirements** ------------------------ ### **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, or related field. ### **Experience** * Proven experience developing mobile applications with React Native in production environments. * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). * Prior experience in the financial sector or regulated industries is desirable. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Specific Technical Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Advanced React Native. * Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and Redux Persist. * React Navigation (including deep linking). * Full Firebase integration: * Analytics * Crashlytics * Messaging * Remote Config * Testing with Jest and React Native Testing Library. * Building components according to design system guidelines. * Developing Bridges / native modules for Android and iOS. * Knowledge of app publishing on App Store and Google Play (desirable). **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Quality orientation and adherence to development best practices. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Collaborative teamwork within agile cells. * Technical autonomy and proactivity. * Focus on user experience and application performance. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
