




Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst with agile response capability for multichannel technical support in Web Hosting, including email configuration and cPanel management. Key Highlights: 1. Agile multichannel technical support (Chat, Ticket, Phone). 2. cPanel management and email account configuration. 3. Technical consultation for customers regarding hosting services. We are looking for a Level 1 Support Analyst for our Web Hosting company. The ideal candidate must be able to respond quickly and simultaneously to requests via Chat, Ticket, and Phone. Main Responsibilities: Multichannel technical support (simultaneous handling of chat and calls). Email account configuration and incident resolution (Outlook, Gmail, IMAP/POP3). Basic account management via cPanel. Technical consultation for customers regarding hosting services. Requirements: Excellent diction and spelling (mandatory). Solid knowledge of cPanel and email configuration. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Desirable: Basic knowledge of Linux and office productivity tools.
