Job Description The **Management Control** department will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and monitoring financial and operational indicators, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with management and various departments to optimize resources and processes. Main Responsibilities * **Indicator Analysis**: Monitor financial and operational KPIs. * **Strategic Planning**: Support the preparation of budgets and annual plans. * **Process Optimization**: Propose improvements in organizational efficiency. * **Management Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports for decision-making. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial and corporate regulations. * **Executive Support**: Provide advisory services in risk and opportunity management. Requirements * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Auditing, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in management control or financial areas. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise management software. * Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
