Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities / Tasks:** * Control and coordinate change management for implementations across various technological environments. * Ensure compliance with established procedures for different Implementation Boards. * Handle and prepare reports. * Track tickets for planned activities (e.g., Production Go-Lives, migrations, etc). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Experience as a Semi-Senior Analyst (SSR). * Experience in managing, coordinating, and developing systems, architectures, or IT infrastructure implementations. * Experience handling ticketing systems, ITSM platforms (IT Service Management), Help Desk software (service desks), or Service Desk systems. **Additional Information** Hybrid Work Mode Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:30 hrs Santiago Centro Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
