Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Intern to provide efficient support to internal users, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and manage the Active Directory system. Our mission is clear: to protect people.** We are currently looking for the best **IT Support Intern**, based in the commune of Las Condes, who will be responsible for the following: * Provide technological support to internal users, delivering efficient and timely assistance. * Perform remote and/or on-site corrective maintenance on computers, software, hardware, and printers. * Handle requests via the Helpdesk platform and by phone. * Manage the Active Directory system. * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, operating system updates, and application updates. ### **What Are We Looking For?** * Students pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering, Network Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. * Fundamental understanding of networking and telephony. * Experience with Office 365 tools is desirable. * Responsible, organized, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented. ### **Work Modality and Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 08:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs, with flexibility for academic commitments. * 100% on-site work in the commune of Las Condes. * Minimum internship duration of 360 hours. **What Do We Offer?** * ### **Paid internship.** * ### **Meal allowance.
