Job Description We are looking for an **IT Recruiter** to lead technological profile selection processes, from candidate identification to talent onboarding at client companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in specialized recruitment, knowledge of technical profiles, and strong communication skills. Main Responsibilities * **Talent Sourcing**: Identify and attract candidates in the IT field. * **Technical Interviews**: Assess competencies and knowledge of technological profiles. * **Process Management**: Coordinate all stages of recruitment with clients and candidates. * **Client Relationship**: Maintain smooth communication with companies to understand their needs. * **Platform Usage**: Manage job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS for candidate management. * **Recruitment Reporting**: Prepare progress and outcome reports for recruitment processes. Requirements * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. * Knowledge of technological profiles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.). * Proficiency in recruitment tools and digital platforms. * Negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills.
