We seek professionals with solid experience in **end-to-end technology architecture design**, system integration, and cloud solution development. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining standards, patterns, and best practices to build platforms that are **scalable, secure, interoperable, and highly available**. If you are passionate about innovation, technology, and designing high-impact solutions, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Position Objective:** Design and technically lead comprehensive technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, architecture standards, development best practices, and security, scalability, interoperability, and operational continuity requirements. The selected candidate must interact with development teams, technical leaders, Product Owners, infrastructure and security teams, and other stakeholders involved in projects. **Responsibilities:** * Define end-to-end solution architectures for technology projects. * Design architectures based on APIs, SOA services, REST, and SOAP. * Define and document integrations between systems and platforms. * Design solutions based on microservices and event-driven architecture. * Establish standards, design patterns, and development best practices. * Evaluate technologies and propose innovative solutions that add business value. * Ensure security, scalability, modularity, reusability, and interoperability criteria. * Work with development teams, technical leaders, and business units. * Participate in defining solutions for cloud and web environments. * Support continuous improvement of technology platforms and processes. * Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution deliverables. * Provide technical guidance during implementation of defined solutions. * Promote agile methodologies and continuous integration practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computational Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or similar role. * Experience designing end-to-end technology architecture in the financial industry. * Mandatory experience in AWS cloud architecture in recent roles. * Experience in the financial industry, banking, savings and credit cooperatives, or payment systems. * Experience working on digital transformation projects. **Proficiency in:** * API architecture and API Management. * REST and SOAP services. * SOA and microservices architecture. * Event-driven architecture. * Design patterns. * Security applied to services and APIs: **OWASP, OAuth2, SAML, and JWT**. * Experience with Java technologies: * Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Config, Gradle, Log4j, JDBC Template. * Knowledge of integration and messaging: * Kafka, queue management, Redis, and REST integration. * Experience with AWS services, including: * API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3, Lambda. * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration: * Docker, Kubernetes, Istio. * Experience with databases: * SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL. * Knowledge of web technologies: * JavaScript, React/Redux, Node.js. * Express. * HTML5 and CSS3\. * Webpack, npm, and Sass. * Knowledge of React Native is ideal. * Experience with continuous integration and version control: * Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, and Bitbucket. * Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. * Knowledge of TOGAF. **Work Methodologies** * Scrum. * Kanban. * Agile methodologies. * Traditional methodologies. * Continuous integration and delivery. **Desired Experience** * Experience in the financial industry, banking, savings and credit cooperatives, or payment systems. * Experience working on digital transformation projects. * Experience in hybrid cloud environments. * Knowledge of Azure. * Experience designing high-availability and mission-critical solutions. * Experience defining and governing technology standards. **Competencies** * Technical leadership. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Customer and results orientation. * Collaborative work. * Ability to manage multiple initiatives. * Adaptability and continuous learning. * Organization and prioritization. * Commitment, ethics, and integrity. **Additional Information** **Position Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) * **Location:** Santiago de Chile. **What We Offer:** * Join a leading multinational technology company. * Participate in strategic digital transformation projects. * Professional development and access to training opportunities. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Hybrid work mode and growth opportunities. **Apply now and become part of Stefanini — connecting people, technology, and innovation to transform businesses.** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
