Your purpose will be to ensure timely detection, analysis, and investigation of potential fraud events in automotive insurance claims, applying technical methodologies, information analysis, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly contribute to protecting the company’s financial resources, minimizing economic losses, and ensuring accurate compensation to our customers—always in accordance with current regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily tasks within the fraud control department. Analyze and resolve operational issues that may arise during the analysis of assigned cases. Address requests from various departments of the Company related to assigned cases. Analyze, resolve, and propose improvements to assigned tasks within the department’s standard workflow. Conduct on-site inspections to perform vehicle damage scanning and analysis. Requirements to Apply: Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Word and Excel). Familiarity with corporate systems, databases, and web-based platform tools. Strong writing and communication skills.
