Preparation of operational reports ### **Fleet Manager** A reputable company located in the commune of Huechuraba is seeking a Fleet Manager to manage and control vehicle administration processes, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and timely user support. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance. * Manage user requests related to the fleet. * Monitor the legal and mechanical status of vehicles. * Coordinate associated services such as technical inspections, insurance, roadside assistance, and documentation. * Manage replacement vehicles and related documentation. * Track new fleet acquisitions. * Maintain up-to-date information in management systems and platforms. * Prepare fleet status, maintenance, incident, and other operational indicator reports. * Support administrative processes related to invoicing and payment status. ### **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or operational coordination roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and document control. ### **Offer Includes:** * Employment contract with prospects for job stability. * Meal allowance. * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * On-site work mode, with potential hybrid arrangement based on performance and seniority. *This position complies with Law No. 21.015, promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities.*
