Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fulfill the **Technician B** role for the Escondida contract. **Job Description Summary:** You will be responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, performing major repairs, and coordinating work execution. You will assist the supervisor and may make mid-level responsibility decisions. **Primary Job Responsibilities:** * Place spare parts orders. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, and mechanical and maintenance forms. * Test and diagnose machine problems. * Prepare Service Reports. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Demonstrate fault analysis capability. **Requirements:*** Graduated technical professional from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of mining-sector equipment. * Work on a rotating 7x7 shift system (day and night). * Possess health compatible with performance at high geographical altitude.
