If you are curious, proactive, and passionate about technology, this experience is for you! **Program Overview:** * Start Date: Flexible, based on student availability. * Duration: Internships range from 2 months to 1 year. * Training: You will gain in-depth knowledge of InterSystems’ various products and business lines. * Mentorship: You will receive guidance and support from our team of professionals. * Networking: You will establish connections with InterSystems staff across different departments, expanding your future career opportunities. * Career Opportunities: Interns will have a competitive advantage for future invitations to extend their internships or even join our company full-time after graduation. **Program Requirements:** * Availability to undertake a full-time internship. * In-person attendance at our office located in Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba. * Participation in essential training sessions to successfully complete your individual projects. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a university or institute. * Valid student insurance throughout the internship period. * Currently in the final year of a Computer Engineering or related degree program. * Understanding of fundamental Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts. * Understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and associated risks. * Use of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other similar AI solutions to support development, documentation, and analysis tasks. * Application of basic prompt engineering techniques to obtain effective and relevant results. * Critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs, validating their accuracy, coherence, and reliability. * Understanding of privacy, security, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage principles. * Interpretation and analysis of data to support automation processes and decision-making. * Integration of AI tools into productivity workflows and software development processes. * Proper documentation of AI usage and clear distinction between AI-generated content and user-validated content. **Desirable:** * Innate curiosity and eagerness to learn. * Creativity in addressing and solving challenges. * Team-oriented mindset and commitment to effective collaboration. * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. * Initiative to lay the foundation for a meaningful, impactful career. * English language proficiency.
