**Job Description**

Support water resources management by monitoring sources and anticipating risks related to availability and quality.
1\. Support direct supervisors in all activities related to the study of surface and groundwater resources.
2\. Continuously monitor observed hydrological and hydrogeological variables—both internal and external—to:
* Maintain control over the behavior of surface and groundwater resources.
* Anticipate variables threatening the availability and quality of water resources at sources.
3\. Participate as the technical counterpart in water resources-related studies.
4\. Systematize existing hydrological and hydrogeological information.
5\. Regularly update the information required for source monitoring.
6\. Prepare projections of water resources supply.
7\. Maintain up-to-date and operate, when necessary, available numerical models: surface (WEAP), groundwater (Groundwater Vistas), forecasting, allocation, etc.
8\. Develop numerical models internally using commercial software or programming.
9\. Prepare and conduct a critical analysis of official information submitted to Public Agencies (SISS, DGA, etc.) and other external entities.
10\. Manage water resources-related information required during the development of Tariff Processes or Development Plans.
11\. Support the delivery of technical presentations or reports for various purposes.
12\. Ensure, participate in, and promote the implementation and development of the company’s Management Systems, in accordance with responsibilities defined in each system’s documentation.
13\. Report and coordinate regularly with supervisors regarding outcomes of assignments and task completion, aligned with their progress.
14\. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of this position.**Candidate Requirements**

* UNIVERSITY DEGREE: Civil, Sanitary, Hydraulic, Environmental, or Civil Works Engineering.
* MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE managing projects.
* Project management and evaluation expertise, especially in hydraulic areas or water project evaluation. Leadership and negotiation skills.
* Class B Driver’s License. Willingness to work in the field and on flexible hours.
* Intermediate–Advanced MS Office proficiency. Technical–Scientific English (reading level).
