**Job Description Summary:**
Responsible for performing and assisting in repairs across the general product line, leveraging knowledge of Caterpillar, IR, or similar machinery to carry out tasks; additionally, performing less complex duties and participating in removal and installation of major components under direct supervision, while guiding assistants in assigned tasks.
**Primary Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform electrical maintenance on equipment.
* Assemble and disassemble minor components.
* Remove and install external components such as hoods, guards, counterweights, panels, etc.
* Collaborate in the removal and installation of major components such as hydraulic valves, engines, transmissions, major machinery components, drive shafts, etc.
* Clean parts.
* Order spare parts.
* Collaborate with more experienced employees.
* Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, electrical and maintenance forms.
* Prepare Service Reports.
* Operate light machinery and vehicles within the company premises with at least 2 years of experience.
* Conduct basic diagnostics on AT1 machines through visual inspection of equipment.
* Carry out activities in accordance with quality management instructions and actively participate in specific actions relevant to their area to comply with the Risk Prevention and Sustainable Management Policy.
**Requirements:**
* Technical professional graduate from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance of mobile mining equipment.
* Must have satisfactorily performed duties equivalent to at least Mechanic B level.
* Work on a rotating shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off) at our branch.
* Possess health compatible with performance at high geographic altitude.

* Performance evaluation score of “Meets Expectations” or higher (minimum score of 3).
* Minimum application level: M2\.
