Position Requirements: Professional Degree in Psychology/Social Work; Experience: Minimum 3\-5 years of verifiable experience working with vulnerable children and adolescents or in programs of the National Specialized Protection Network for Children and Adolescents (former SENAME). Experience in project management is desirable. Responsibilities: Represent the institution; lead and coordinate the Program team to fully comply with the agreement between Tierra de Esperanza Foundation and the public agency, aligned with the Foundation’s mission, guidelines, and regulations. Position Responsibilities Main Activities ? Represent FTDE when requested or authorized. ? Represent FTDE before the Program team. ? Represent the project, program, or school (as applicable). ? Lead the Program team, guiding it toward strategic alignment with FTDE. ? Lead the project team, engaging and committing them to the Quality Management process defined by FTDE and its corresponding registration, control, and monitoring system.
