You will: Act as a facilitator in communication between bus customers and branch service and parts departments, ensuring branch responsiveness and process compliance, with the clear objective of improving bus customer satisfaction regarding after-sales, parts, and service. **Who are you?** ---------------- Do you dream big? In this role, you will bring: * Support and ensure 100% branch process compliance, focused on bus customer satisfaction. * Establish rapid communication and assistance links with after-sales technical support teams when bus technical issues arise. * Support branches in improving accurate diagnostic practices. * Ensure branches have appropriate training and specialized tools to perform their duties effectively. * Support and accompany the implementation of factory campaigns. * Create and embrace new initiatives, proactively acting to achieve the functional objectives. * Ensure distribution, dissemination, and application of BST (Bus Service Tips) across the branch network.
