Collaboration with various departments to ensure information quality **Viggo, Strength in Motion**, a leading provider of corporate employee transportation services, specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors, is seeking a **Control and Management Analyst** for its **Antofagasta Regional Office**. **Position Objective:** Contribute to the company’s efficient and strategic performance through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key management indicators. The Control and Management Analyst will be responsible for generating reliable and timely information, optimizing operational, financial, budgetary, and reporting processes—with emphasis on automation, data quality, and advanced technological tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) * Develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI * Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts * Generate monthly management reports for senior leadership * Manage and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources (databases) * Collaborate with various departments to ensure information quality and consistency * Implement process automation and improvements in management control and reporting **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Management Control, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Engineering * Residence in Antofagasta * 2 years of experience in similar roles * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, modeling) * Solid knowledge of databases (SQL or others) * Advanced Power BI skills for data visualization * Experience in Python for data analysis and process automation (desirable) * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis and automation (desirable) **We Offer:** * Vacation bonus * Year-end and Christmas bonuses * Complementary health insurance * Compensation fund benefits * Professional development opportunities * Job stability *In accordance with Law No. 21.015 and Law No. 21.275, Viggo promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities and guarantees equal opportunity in its selection processes.*
