Job Summary: A leading transportation and valuables management company is seeking an Accounting Analyst to perform analysis, recording, and review of accounts, supporting the updating and cleansing of accounting information. Ability to work independently with a high level of analytical skills. **ACCOUNTING ANALYST (TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT)** --------------------------------- **Lo Espejo, Metropolitan Region** *A leading company in* ***transportation, custody, and valuables management*** *is seeking an* ***Accounting Analyst*** *on a* ***temporary replacement basis due to medical leave***, *with potential extension depending on departmental needs.* ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **analysis of accounting accounts** and review of financial statements. * Record and review **accounting entries** in the ERP system. * Support **administration and updating of accounting information** in the system. * Analyze and cleanse historical or overdue accounting data. * Generate reports and data cross-references using **Excel**. * Support the accounting team in analyzing and controlling multiple accounts. * Download, review, and consolidate relevant accounting files and information. **Requirements:** --------------- * **Professional degree as Auditor Accountant or related university degree**. * At least **3 years of experience in accounting analysis**. * Experience working with **accounting ERP systems** (preferably **Defontana**). * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and formulas). * Ability to work **independently with a high level of analytical skills**. * Ability to quickly integrate into the team and support process continuity. * High **attention to detail**, organizational skills, and rapid learning capability. * **IMMEDIATE availability, to start next week**. **Preferred residence in nearby communes**: Lo Espejo, Maipú, Cerrillos, La Cisterna, Estación Central, or Pudahuel, due to proximity to the branch location. **Employment Conditions:** -------------------------- * **Contract type:** Temporary replacement due to extended medical leave. * **Compensation:** **CLP $1,500,000 net**, prorated according to days worked. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: **08:30–18:00 hrs**. * **Workplace: Lo Espejo**. * The company provides a **laptop and necessary work tools**. **We look forward to your application!**
