Position Summary: Plant operator for food product manufacturing and packaging, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines **Who Are We?** JBA (Don Juan, EDRA, etc.), a leader in mass consumption and producer/distributor/marketer of food products, requires an Operator for our plant located in the commune of Quilicura. **Primary Job Objective** Efficiently operate plant production equipment and machinery and assist in all activities related to the manufacturing and packaging of finished products, complying with product quality standards, industrial hygiene and safety regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures established by the ICB Group. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Efficiently execute the production schedule on time and as specified, in accordance with ICB-established procedures regarding quality, environment, and safety. 2\.\- Operate assigned machines correctly and follow work methodologies to ensure proper operation and continuous improvement of equipment under responsibility. 3\.\- Coordinate the work team to achieve compliance with the production schedule. 4\.\- Monitor losses and shrinkage on the production line to avoid inventory discrepancies. 5\.\- Transfer specific machine operation knowledge to other team members. 6\.\- Perform maintenance operations—preventive and corrective—on assigned machines (basic/advanced) to ensure proper functioning. 7\.\- Carry out production-related activities applying continuous improvement methodologies. **Required Knowledge:** * Production process control * Knowledge of quality assurance programs and regulations (HACCP, 5S, BRC, Food Allergen Training, GMP) * Basic risk awareness * Knowledge of production line machines, tools, and spare parts. **Benefits:** * Supplementary Insurance **Join ICB!** **Requirements:** * Technical secondary education diploma or experience in similar industries/processes. * Two years of experience in the field (desirable but not mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) * 100% on-site work in the commune of Quilicura. **Work With Us!**
