Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned machines. **Who We Are?** JBA (Don Juan, EDRA, etc.), a leader in mass consumption and producer/distributor/marketer of food products, is seeking an Operator for our plant located in Tiltil. **Primary Job Objective** Efficiently operate plant production equipment and machinery and assist in all activities related to manufacturing and packaging of finished products, complying with product quality standards, hygiene and industrial safety regulations, in accordance with policies and procedures established by the ICB Group. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Efficiently execute the production program on time and as scheduled, in compliance with ICB-established procedures regarding quality, environment, and safety. 2\.\- Operate assigned machines correctly and follow work methodologies to ensure proper operation of equipment under responsibility and continuous improvement thereof. 3\.\- Coordinate team members to achieve production program targets. 4\.\- Monitor line losses and shrinkage to prevent inventory discrepancies. 5\.\- Transfer specific machine operation knowledge to other team members. 6\.\- Perform basic/advanced preventive and corrective maintenance operations on assigned machines to ensure their proper functioning. 7\.\- Carry out production-related activities applying continuous improvement methodologies. **Required Knowledge:** * Production process control * Knowledge of quality assurance programs and regulations (HACCP, 5S, BRC, Food Allergen Training, GMP) * Basic risk awareness * Familiarity with production line machines, tools, and spare parts. **Benefits:** * Complementary Health Insurance **Join ICB Today!** **Requirements:** * Technical secondary education diploma or equivalent experience in similar industries/processes. * Two years of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) * 100% on-site work in the commune of Quilicura. **Work With Us!**
