Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling—responsible and organized—for casino operations in supermarkets. Work on meal preparation and kitchen assistance. **We are hiring Kitchen Assistants for supermarket casinos!** If you have experience in **hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and knife handling**, and are **responsible, organized, and flexible**, apply now and join our team! * **Net salary:** $512\.946 \-$521\.031 * **Schedule:** **6x1** rotation (Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts, with 2 legally mandated free Sundays). * **Shifts: (Must be available for all 3 shifts; shifts assigned on-site)** * AM: 07:00–15:00 hrs. * PM: 12:00–20:00 hrs. * Night: 21:00–07:00 hrs. **(Night shift bonus: $8\.000**). **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical secondary-level qualification in gastronomy, higher technical degree, or relevant courses related to the position. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months (preference given to institutional food service experience). * **Production capacity:** 100–200 portions. * **Ability to work under pressure.** **Knowledge:** Concepts such as blanching, technical culinary vocabulary, and cooking methods. * Basic kitchen knowledge. * Types of cuts and proper use of cutting boards. * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Preparation of side dishes, soups, and creams. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage a station (cold kitchen). * Assist the head chef and chef de partie in preparing soups and side dishes. * Perform **mise en place**. * Prepare 100–150 portions. * Perform minor side-dish-related tasks. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance at the cafeteria. * Uniform. * Other benefits and overtime pay.
