Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet. **Job Description** **Albemarle** is hiring a **Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer** at Salar Plant, Antofagasta, on a 4x3 shift schedule. **What You'll Do** * Coordinate the implementation of the operational strategy, ensuring its translation into concrete continuous improvement actions aligned with process maturity. * Design and implement processes jointly with operational and support areas, integrating standardized continuous improvement methodologies. * Design and execute communication and dissemination strategies for the continuous improvement model, ensuring proper knowledge transfer into daily operations. * Ensure the development of continuous improvement projects, training leaders and teams in tools that enable cost optimization and performance gap closure. * Ensure adherence to management methodologies and tools, leading improvement initiatives and evaluating organizational maturity levels. **What You Bring** **Required:** * University degree. * 5 to 10 years of experience in this role or similar positions, with a total professional background of 10 to 15 years. * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies (TPM, Six Sigma, RCA, RCM, 5S, Operational Excellence). * Knowledge of industrial processes, maintenance, logistics, or production planning. * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools. * Class B driver’s license. * Advanced English (mandatory). **Preferred:** * Experience in industrial operations or process plants. * Experience in KPI management and statistical analysis.
