What will be your purpose? Support the planning, control, and analysis of the organization’s financial, budgetary, and administrative management through report preparation, KPI tracking, and results evaluation—contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Main job challenges Management analysis and control Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial, administrative, and operational information, ensuring data reliability and generating high-value insights for decision-making. KPI and management indicator development and monitoring Design, monitor, and track KPIs and management indicators, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions to optimize departmental performance. Budgetary control and financial analysis Participate in budget preparation and monitoring, conduct cost, profitability, and financial forecasting analyses, supporting management planning and control. Executive reporting Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, delivering timely information to facilitate strategic decision-making. Continuous improvement and cross-functional support Participate in process optimization projects, audits, regulatory compliance initiatives, and other activities aimed at strengthening organizational efficiency and control. Corporate insurance management Support corporate insurance administration, including policy and claims tracking, coverage review, and coordination with insurance brokers and providers. **✅ We are looking for someone with:** A professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or a related field. Desirable: Up to 1 year of experience in management control, planning, finance, or analysis—ideally within manufacturing, service, or mass-consumption companies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools. Desirable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and/or Python. Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement. Skills in preparing executive reports and analyzing financial information. Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to collaborate across various organizational departments. High commitment to confidentiality and responsible information handling.
