The role aims to manage and execute initiatives related to recruitment and selection, internal communications, employee well-being, training, collaboration with educational institutions, and updating job descriptions, as well as participating in projects related to performance evaluation and measurement of departmental indicators. ### **Job Requirements** We seek professionals with a degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Residency in the Los Lagos Region is mandatory.
