Commercial Executive – EVA Learning At **EVA Learning**, an intelligent corporate training platform, we are looking for a **Commercial Executive** with experience in training, education, and educational technology. We seek a candidate with a consultative mindset, commercial orientation, and knowledge of the corporate training ecosystem—including self-paced learning platforms, LMS, and e\-learning—capable of engaging organizations aiming to modernize and optimize their internal training processes. Prior commercial experience is essential in companies that develop, implement, or sell LMS platforms or digital learning technology solutions. Position Objective To drive EVA Learning’s commercial management by generating new business opportunities, presenting the platform to prospective clients, coordinating PoCs or proof-of-concept trials, and comprehensively supporting the sales process—from initial prospecting through to deal closure. Key Responsibilities * Prospect companies interested in corporate training and digital learning solutions. * Schedule and conduct commercial meetings with potential clients. * Present EVA Learning as a self-paced learning, corporate training, and AI-powered learning intelligence platform. * Identify each organization’s training needs and propose solutions aligned with its objectives. * Coordinate demonstrations, PoCs, and proof-of-concept trials with interested clients. * Conduct follow-up activities after meetings, presentations, demos, and PoCs. * Support the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals. * Manage business opportunities and maintain active, ongoing communication with potential clients. * Contribute to positioning EVA Learning within the corporate market. * Keep opportunity-related information and progress up to date. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles related to corporate training, educational technology, or digital learning solutions. * Demonstrable commercial experience in companies developing, implementing, or selling LMS platforms. * Experience in B2B consultative sales. * Knowledge of self-paced learning platforms, LMS, e\-learning, or digital training systems. * Ability to deliver commercial presentations, platform demonstrations, and coordinate PoCs. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and focus on achieving results. * Experience working with OTECs or training-sector companies is desirable. * A professional network in Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, People, or Corporate Training departments is desirable.
