Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Engineer to manage relationships with customers and suppliers, analyze photovoltaic project data, and propose solutions to O&M-related issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated operation and maintenance management of photovoltaic parks 2. Data analysis and design of efficient technical solutions 3. Direct relationship with customers and suppliers At IM2 SOLAR, we are looking for an Operations Engineer for one of our holding companies (Greentech Solutions), whose mission is to maintain daily direct contact with customers and suppliers, as well as analyze data from all projects to meet contractual requirements and propose solutions to problems that may arise during the operation and maintenance phase of photovoltaic parks. **Responsibilities**: * Manage and supervise suppliers to ensure compliance with technical support, safety, documentation, legal, and industry-standard requirements, maintaining a traceable record system. * Calculate Performance Ratio (PR) and availability of PMGDs according to contract terms. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for PMGDs. * Schedule and review both preventive and corrective maintenance activities and reports for photovoltaic parks. * Maintain customer relations, providing all required information regarding photovoltaic plant operations and monitoring. * Download data, monitor records, and verify proper functioning of the SCADA system. * Conduct coordination meetings with customers, contractors, and/or department heads. * Maintain daily logs and analysis of event reports (tracker\-back tracking, string, inverters, communication systems, batteries, reclosers, meters, system statuses, etc). * Analyze and centralize technical project information on the company's current CRM platform. * Design efficient technical and economic solutions to resolve preventive and corrective maintenance issues. * Manage and maintain network systems (telephony, wireless networks, fiber optics, and IT security) for data transmission from PMGDs, ensuring efficiency and security. **Requirements**: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Electronics) or related field. * Experience: Minimum one year of experience in photovoltaic park maintenance or construction (preferred). * Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Power BI, Python, or other intermediate-level data analysis programming languages. Basic knowledge of photovoltaic plants, PMGDs, and telecommunications is desirable. * English: Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
